Lead Times
As a bespoke solutions provider, all items are manufactured upon placement of order. Products will have varying lead times according to their construction. If an order contains products with a differing lead time, the order will be despatched only when all components are complete. A target despatch date will be confirmed when an order is placed.
Framing: 7 - 10 calendar days
Alternative: 7 - 14 calendar days
Acrylic: 7 - 14 calendar days
Imaging: 3 - 7 calendar days

Payment Terms
All goods will be invoiced with issue of the order confirmation. Unless a trade credit account has been authorised, full settlement must be received before goods are despatched. In respect of credit accounts, the account must be within terms before goods are despatched. Payment terms are displayed under 'My Account' and at the base of each invoice.

Shipping address can be determined at point of order, including direct to client. All goods are shipped through a carefully selected third party courier on the most expedient, and cost-effective, tariff available. Service levels are indicated below. Weekend and timed deliveries can be arranged but are subject to surcharges.

All shipments must be checked for external damage and completeness before signing delivery dockets. Any damaged goods requiring replacement must be notified within 24 hours before the insurance cover is invalidated. Shortages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Kaleidoscope Limited will not be liable for lost, damaged, late or non-delivery of an order due to circumstances outside our control. Third party prints are accepted for framing however, items are submitted entirely at the risk of the owner. Such items are insured whilst on our premises but this does not include lamination processes. Kaleidoscope is not liable for damage in transit either to or from our business premises. Kaleidoscope is not liable for damage reported by, nor the recovery of goods from, a third party.
